Customizable 6-meter cement concrete slipform paver for airports
Application conditions:
SMC-6600 cement concrete slip form paver is a multi-purpose cement concrete construction equipment independently developed by our company. It is widely used in the construction fields of various grades of highways, high-speed railway subgrade, airport and rail transit concrete base. It replaces the traditional process and greatly improves the construction quality and efficiency of the above cement concrete structures.
The machine has large power reserve, full electronic control, full hydraulic power drive, four crawler walking, and is equipped with automatic steering and automatic leveling control system to complete the process flow of vibration, paving, forming and plastering of cement concrete structures at one time.

power system
1. Equipped with a water-cooled engine,powerful and reliable in operation.
2. Equipped with a parallel three in one large-sized radiator,forced air cooling,and significant heat dissipation effect.
Hydraulic System
1. Four pump load sense hydraulic system from well-known international brands.
2. The inlet and outlet ports of the pump are equipped with high quality filters.
Electronic Control system
1. Color graphic and text display on the main console with fault diagnosis,working status,and alarm.
2. The steering,grade,and slope of slipform paver are electronic automatic control, and the sensors and controllers communicate by CAN-bus.
3. Configure four longitudinal slope sensors and two steering sensors.
Traveling Device
1.Four-track hydraulic drive,high traction.
2. Load sense hydraulic drive with low system heating.
Vibration Compaction System
1.High quality hydraulic vibrator with square head shell.
2.Equipped with 16 standard vibration circuits(additional 6 circuits option),with stepless frequency adjustable from 0 to167Hz.
concrete spreading system
1. Use a dump truck to directly unload the concrete in front of the paver,and spread the irregular concrete pile with an excavator.
2. Two hydraulic driven spreading augers with independent control and infinitely adjustable revolution.
