SIMING Sonic level gauge is an intelligent product designed based on the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement, using a microcomputer chip as the calculation and control unit. It is an automatic device specifically designed for pavers to detect and control the height of material levels. It has the characteristics of sensitive response, high control accuracy, and easy use. In paving construction, it can effectively save materials, reduce the labor intensity of operators, and improve construction quality.

Working principle

The instrument mainly includes three parts: ultrasonic transducer (commonly known as ultrasonic sensor or probe), microcomputer, and peripheral circuit. The microcomputer collects the transmission time of ultrasonic waves in the air, calculates the height of asphalt and other materials in real time, and outputs control signals to the paving machine equipment to control the speed of the mixing cage and achieve the purpose of controlling the height of materials.
