- Cameras:
- At least 4 ultra-wide-angle high-definition cameras are installed
on the front, rear, left and right of the construction machinery to
collect 360-degree environmental images around. Some systems may
add additional cameras at special positions such as the top for
monitoring specific scenarios.
- The cameras should have high resolution, good imaging ability under
low illumination (to meet working conditions at night or with
insufficient light), and a wide dynamic range to adapt to different
lighting changes.
- Sensors:
- Distance sensors (such as millimeter-wave radar, ultrasonic radar,
etc.), distributed in different directions around the vehicle body,
are used to detect the distance and relative speed of obstacles in
real time. Millimeter-wave radar is suitable for medium and
long-distance detection and is less affected by environmental
factors such as weather; ultrasonic radar is suitable for
short-distance detection.
- Attitude sensors, etc. are used to sense the tilt, shaking and
other attitude information of the construction machinery itself.
- Display screen: Usually installed in a position convenient for the
driver to view in the cab, it displays 360-degree panoramic images,
as well as related alarm prompts, distance information, etc. The
size should be moderate to ensure clarity and good field of vision
coverage.
- Sound and light alarm device: Including voice prompt devices in the
vehicle, alarm lights, and sound and light alarms outside the
vehicle, etc., which issue different types of alarms in time when
danger approaches.
